
Neil Vokes has been active in the comics field since the mid-1980s, drawing his first comic, 'The Key Eternal', at Comico in 1984. He has worked for several companies in various genres since. His work was published by the two major comic book publishers: Marvel ('Untold Stories of Spider-Man') and DC ('Superman Adventures'). He was also present at Dark Horse with 'Adventures of the Mask' and 'Jonny Demon'. Among his other credits are Malibu's 'Tarzan the Warrior', Crystal/Apple's 'Eagle' and Comico's 'Robotech Masters'. He has also drawn graphic novels like 'Parliament of Justice' and 'The Black Forest' at Image Comics.

Christian Angeles runs the pop-up comic booth Monomythic, selling graphic novels while bringing fans together to talk comics and entertainment. He is an Eisner Award–winning journalist who served as Senior Editor at ComicsBeat during its award-winning year (2024) and currently serves as Editor-in-Chief of The DeMonster, an outlet founded by BOOM! Studios influencer/creator Sami DeMonster. He's currently finishing a sequel to his story in Mark McKenna's The Tomb of Baalberith, alongside artist Katia Vecchio (Image Comics, Mad Cave) and letterer Dezi Sienty (Batman: The Court of Owls)

Summary-
Set in the 1940’s, a young boy witnesses a murder and narrowly escapes his own death. He sets out to find the only man that can help him: The Scarlet Scrapper. The only problem is that the Scarlet Scrapper doesn’t exist in the real world, and Frank Hodge, the man who voices him, is no hero; he just plays one on the radio.
